Qualcomm processor technology has powered every Windows Phone released thus far. Both phones pack Qualcomm Scorpion processors on the MSM8255 chipset, which incorporates an Adreno 205 graphics processing unit (GPU).

However, they differ on clock speeds with the Radar coming in at 1GHz and the Lumia 710 being faster at 1.4GHz. However  with Windows Phone is such a well optimised system for this kind of setup you may be hard pushed to notice. It will be smooth, or even smoother. Its is close to a tie but Nokia wins

Display

1st : HTC Radar 3.8-inch S-LCD capacitive touchscreen, Sony’s S-LCD 480 x 800 pixes

2nd: Nokia Lumia 710: 3.7-inches TFT capacitive touchscreen

HTC Radar made from toughened Gorilla Glass and supports multi-touch input, Sony’s S-LCD screens offer the same benefits of Samsung’s Amoled technology, which means a more battery-friendly yet brighter display and much punchier colours than regular LCDs.

The screen resolution is a fairly standard 480x800 pixels, giving a pixel density of 246 pixels-per-inch (ppi) and the phone is equipped with the usual accelerometer and gyro sensors.

While Nokia’s Lumia 710 may not have the curvy Amoled display of its larger Lumia 800 sibling, instead sporting a regular TFT capacitive touchscreen, but it does share the same Nokia ClearBlack technology. The 710’s display measures 3.7-inches, so it’s slightly smaller than its rival, but features the same resolution giving a higher pixel density of 252ppi. Multi-touch input, accelerometer and gyro sensors are all standard features here, too.

With the enhanced visuals of the HTC’s S-LCD screen, plus the toughened glass is a welcome feature.

1st: Nokia Lumia 710: 119  x 62.4 x12.5mm, 125.5g

2nd: HTC Radar : 120.5 x 61.5 x10.9mm, 137g

HTC Radar doesnt have grab your attention as the shape just seems awkward and lifeless. The ratio of screen space to bodywork is not flattering, either.

While Nokia  have a very clean approach, taken with very little visual clutter such as buttons and protruding nodules we see so often on other smartphones and it looks quite well put together. Although being a budget model it seems to be made from some fairly cheap plastic. Futhermore, rather than using fancy capacitive buttons, the bottom controls appear to be one large clunky button with multiple press zones, may be Nokia had to cut costs somewhere to keep the phone at such a low price point.

The Lumia 710 comes in black and white, but there are five choices for removable back covers: black, white, cyan, fuchsia, and yellow. When you buy the black phone, you'll get the black color and one other cover. The same formula extends to the white phone.

Most people prefer lighter and thin Nokia is lighter but thick compare to HTC Radar

Tie: Nokia Lumia 710:Windows 7.5 Mango

Tie: HTC Radar : Windows 7.5 Mango

With both phones running Windows Phone Mango there’s nothing to compare the two here. We do like Windows Phone Mango, though, so it’s a positive point for both handsets.

Tie: Nokia Lumia 710:

Tie: HTC Radar

Most Windows Phones are enjoyable because of the operating system more than anything else.  Both Lumia ad Radar have some distinct setbacks but that’s to be expected of budget phones.

Although is a budget handsets but they’re not that cheap.  The Nokia has a clear lead with its  storage, while the HTC has a better display, We give it a tie.
