Droid Razr, which combines sheer Droid brawn with the legacy of Razr design, The handset is running the latest Android (Gingerbread) and is reported to be the thinest handset.

iPhone 4S is out now and people have been enjoying the Siri although some people have experiences some issues with battery life, Siri and the diplay.

Just which one is the better phone.? Is it the Droid Razr or iPhone 4S?.

The Processor of Apple iPhone 4S is beast, it is a 1 GHz dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor, with Apple A5 chipset. This combination gives Apple iPhone 4S dazzling speed.

On the otherDroid has a super sizzling 1.2 GHz dual-core processor. The processor of Droid is more powerful and hence is better. Droid processors each contains a dual-core, 1-1.2GHz ARM Cortex-A9 CPU an impressive piece of kit in its own right.

Although, the PowerVR SGX543MP2 working the magic in the Apple A5 seems to out-bench the Mali by quite some distance. Even though the Droid packs double the RAM of the iPhone 4S at 1GB, it looks as if you’ll just get a smoother video and gaming experience with Apple’s handset.
